My name is Calvin Crawl (CC) and I am a licensed real estate agent in Maryland and the District of Columbia. I assist sellers, buyers, renters, and investors in the District of Columbia, and in Maryland Counties including Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Howard, Montgomery and Charles. The specific localities include Annapolis, Bowie, Clinton, College Park, Columbia, Crofton, Greenbelt, Hyattsville, Lanham, Laurel, Mt. Rainier, Riverdale Park, Silver Spring, Upper Marlboro and Waldorf.
My experience in real estate spans a period of eight (8) years during which time I have been able to assist clients with rentals, short sales, foreclosures, first-time homebuyers and regular fee simple acquisitions. The Exit Bennett Realty Office I work for is noted for training its realtors in a variety of real estate areas. As a result, it has become one of the top realty firms in the area.
“I was a buyer from the mid-west scheduled to relocate to the Washington, D.C. area. I went online saw pictures of a property I thought I would like. I called the listing agent (CC) and asked him to post more pictures. Next, I made arrangements to visit the property. That’s where I met CC. The pictures were a true reflection of the house and I signed the lease. Later, I returned to the area from the mid-west a couple days prior to starting my new job in downtown Washington, D.C. CC showed me around my new neighborhood including places where I could shop, the schools in the area, the two Metro Stations closest to my home and the stops closest to my job. When he was done, I was no longer a stranger. Two years later, I used him as my agent when we purchased our new home.” – Warren R.
“My set of circumstances would have been trying for any agent. After we had been looking at homes for months, I was diagnosed with a debilitating disease that forced me to become inactive for over a year. It changed my economic circumstances to the point that I thought I would not be able to purchase a home. CC kept the faith and without him, I wouldn’t be the proud homeowner I am today.” - Charlie W.
“In our quest to become homeowners, we encountered quite a few problems. Some were economic, some were related to personalities and to getting the appropriate paper work; and then, getting it in on time. As a client, I found of it disturbing, but through it all, Mr. Crawl managed to get the right papers to the right person or whatever information we needed to get to settlement.” - Rita W.
At Exit Bennett Realty, we are fortunate enough to have a broker who gives us the opportunity to get the appropriate exposure through our training sessions and the tools we need for success in the industry. For example, Internet real estate entrepreneurs are invited to the office to share with us what they are doing to assist real estate agents around the country and how successful their tools are in helping these agents improve their business. We, the agents, have the option of utilizing these Internet entrepreneurs. We also have the opportunity to meet once a month with area real estate investors.
