. Angela Phillips work for your company and she represented my husband who is her lover. Ms. Phillips told my husband to do a separation agreement, if I sign the agreement it will cause me to have no rights to the property and her name went on the Deed. WELL, the separation agreement was illegal signed by them, she always completed the paperwork with wrong information on it. I reached out to the lawyer who prepared the agreement and I am waiting on his call back. I am going to file legal action against them. On the closing disclosure she stated that Mr. Shellman address is 7600 Ora Glen Dr. 1740, Greenbelt MD 20770 and this address is on his loan application as his mailing address, and he paid no primary housing expense. He still live with me and Ms. Phillips is living on the property. They close in April but records indicate he sold the property on Oct 31, 2022. Check the paperwork or I can forward it to you.
